Do you have lots of turkey in your 'fridge still hanging around? Why not turn it into soup? Here's a recipe I use and LOVE! Plus, it's so easy...anyone can do it, even ME!
INGREDIENTS -- 2 to 2-1/2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth, garlic powder, onion powder, celery flakes, salt, pepper, egg noodles, left-over turkey
Bring broth to a boil...add seasonings to taste...throw in the egg noodles and cook according to directions...add the turkey and heat until its hot...EAT! (You can get more fancy by adding veggies, but WHY...this is too easy like it is!!)
