It's time to think pink!  The Quad City Botanical Center is accepting artists for their annual Flamingo Follies garden art exhibit.  Registration is $5 per flamingo.  Each participant will artistically alter a pink plastic flamingo lawn ornament to be exhibited in their gardens for the month of July.  The birds will be auctioned off at the Flamingo Fling on August 3rd with all proceeds benefiting the Botanical Center.  You may download registration forms at www.qcgardens.com or call 309-794-0991 ext. 30.  Deadline is May 5th.  Open to all ages!
