You'll need:

One Pound Package Velveeta cheese block 

Two cans of your favorite chili OR two cans Rotel for a vegetarian version

Cut cheese into cubes and use stovetop pan to melt. Add two cans of chili OR Rotel. Melt together and serve hot with chips, veggies or bread. If you're taking the dip on-the-go, you can also use your crock pot - throw everything in, give it a good stir and keep on low-med heat once you arrive at the party. ENJOY!
