Tomorrow, (11/15), Vice President Joe Biden will guest appear on "Parks and Rec." The story: Parks and Recreation's Leslie Knope (Amy Poehler) has one big celebrity crush: Vice President Joe Biden. Another fact about Leslie: She wants to run for president in 2024. So when she visits Washington with fiancé, Ben, of course she wants to drop by the White House. This is the setting for Ben (Adam Scott) to give Leslie her engagement gift. It's not a waffle tower, which is what she originally wanted, but an introduction to JOE BIDEN himself.
